Exclusion

What Exclusion means

An exclusion removes cover for a named risk — for example death resulting from a hazardous hobby. Everything else remains covered. Exclusions are less common on life policies than on health policies, but they do appear for dangerous sports, aviation or travel to certain countries. Read them before you accept, and ask whether another insurer would cover the same activity.
